2017年巴尔米拉攻势是叙利亚政府军于2017年1月13日在霍姆斯省东部发起的军事行动，意图收复于2016年12月被伊斯兰国攻占的古城巴尔米拉。

叙政府军到2017年2月27日已进抵巴尔米拉城外数公里处。^[13]3月1日，叙军收复位于巴尔米拉城以西的巴尔米拉古堡。^[14]3月2日，叙政府军宣布再次收复古城巴尔米拉。^[15]3月3日，叙政府军收复在东面市郊的巴尔米拉机场。^[16]
