Hello, 5 years ago a bunch of portals for African countries were deleted due to poor maintenance. As I noticed that consensus was to keep Portals for sub national entities of rich White countries with a population a fraction of a fraction of deleted countries ([[Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Portal:Kilkenny|kept with a population under 100,000]], [[Wikipedia:Miscellany_for_deletion/Portal:Chad|deleted with a population over 10 MILLION]]) I am concerned of this being an example of systemic bias on the part of Wikipedia. If somebody could properly maintain African portals, I believe they would be a net positive for Wikipedia. Unreferenced and unimproved 15 years. No sources on the Fulfulde article, either. Run of the mill, very small village. Not enough information to merge.
