Cardiovascular Effects.
Not sure if this is worthy of its own spot in the article. I just did a question on a board exam source (USMLE Step 1) and it was referencing the damage to the heart from MM. I haven't been able to find anything specific aside from the hemodynamic changes. My guess was these hemodynamic changes may mess with our heart's output and lead to High-Output Heart Failure. - @Paulkarr: Such a point would require a high quality secondary source. The main concern is cardiac amyloid from light chain disease. JFW | T@lk 14:27, 24 September 2019 (UTC)
