Etymology

It might be good to cover the etymology. If Multiple Myeloma involves plasma cells, which are lymphoid, not myeloid, in origin, then why is it called myeloma? Diagnosis: What distinguishes myeloma from (non-hodgkins) lymphoma? Eaberry (talk) 18:26, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
