Can I remove some things from this article?

The "fact sheet" section is completely uncited and also reads more like an advertisement than a wiki article and doesn't seem relevant. I want to try and integrate some of it into other parts of the article if I can, but it really doesn't seem like it needs to be there. I'm new to wikipedia and I'm just wondering if it's appropriate to delete so much of an article or if it's frowned upon.
