The rationales are for the articles in which the image is being used. The image contains a merge of both free and open source software and propietary software such as Microsoft Office. Which brings me to the second point in this: deleting this image is ridiculous in the sense that the image is perhaps unneeded in the Kubuntu and Ubuntu articles (although I'd say they quite are, more on that later), but completely needed in the article for Wine. This being that the previous image was non descriptive, and showed a very outdated, underpowered Wine where running IE was a novelty. Not only is this image integral to display the true potential of Wine in running the most important Office suite today, which has set the standard in document formats for more than a decade, a program which is only available on propietary software: Windows, and to a lesser extent, Mac OS X. Some of the few Linux concious users that have not made the switch yet don't do it because, sadly, Openoffice today still has very limited format for the Microsoft XML files (.docx, pptx, xslx, etc), and ODF has not yet made it into the mainstream, because, ironically, Office won't support it, thus continuing the vicious cycle. Since Openoffice is playing catch-up with Office, and so on and so forth. It is understandable that the image be removed from both the *buntu articles,although I consider it integral there too and even on the Linux article, but removing it from the Wine article is unessesary, silly, and demonstrates the lack of research done for this delete tag. Keep for now Sure it is described that Bulma is in the game in some form. But there is no other reference to back the claim at this time. Also this is displaying one of Bulma's many appearances. As any person who has embraced the Dragon Ball franchise will tell you, Bulma's outwardly appearance changes quite frequently throughout the franchise.
