Calvary Church of Santa Ana was founded on October 25, 1931. The church has grown substantially in the past years. It currently even owns a medical building. Overall, the church has had six pastors. The current pastor is David Mitchell.[1]
Beginnings
In 1931, Rev. Charles E. Fuller was the pastor at Calvary Church of Placentia. Some people from different churches were wanting to start a new church from scratch that would not turn away from God's Word. So, with Rev. Fuller, 65 people decided to start a church in the Santa Ana area. So, Calvary Church of Santa Ana was founded on October 25, 1931 with Rev. Frank E. Lindgren as its senior pastor. It had 203 members.[2]
