Hamburg Pavilion is a regional shopping center located along I-75 in Lexington, Kentucky. Initially completed in 2000, it is one of the state's largest shopping centers with 1,040,000 square feet of retail space. <references>url=http://www.allbusiness.com/legal/property-law-real-property-zoning-land-use/12047896-1.html</ref> The centers anchor stores are Meijer's, Target, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, HH Gregg, and Wal Mart. Large scale residential construction is taking place along the center's western and northern edges, over 20,000 people are expected to live there by 2015.
