The Freeburg Tunnel is a railway tunnel in Missouri. It was built in 1901 by the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad, and abandoned in 1981, after the Kansas City Terminal Railway took over for a year. The tunnel is part of the Kansas City to St. Louis, Missouri line. This is tunnel number one of four on this line.

The tunnel is owned by Ameren.
