If you'd like to be an administrator, please first perfect the page Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/JahaalChakravarti and only then link to it. I note that you haven't yet answered any of the questions within it, and that it has markup errors.

(Furthermore, it's highly unlikely that your application will be approved until you have edited for half a year or longer. Manual of style

The Wikipedia manual of style specifies that the subject of an article is referred to by full name in the opening, and thereafter by surname alone. I mention this because of your comment in this edit. In my early days as a Wikipedia editor I too came into conflict with others because I preferred to use first names, but eventually I realised that it made more sense to fit in with the way Wikipedi works.
