Reviewer (add request)

Place {{User:Ebe123/ReviewerProgress|Username=(your username without "User:")}} on your page to signal that you have a section for the right here. (topicon and userbox)

Reason for requesting Reviewer rights P.D. (talk) 15:34, 20 March 2011 (UTC) I'm interested in removing vandalism and inappropriate edits, and can be trusted to do so responsibly.[reply]

I would like to be given permission to edit the article Libya, particularly the section that was named Libya under Gadaffi. The majority of the article "Libya" is readable, the sections on the history of Libya are very well done, but the section Libya under Gadaffi needs a lot of work. It is taking information from other wikipedia articles without linking to them or giving credit to where they come from. Also, Libya under Gadaffi needs help with dating events that are mentioned. I have made a series of corrections, including one to the title of the section, and would like to have permission to edit the article before I make any more changes. I am familiar with using the wikipedia editor and have used it on other articles in need of editing help KingOfOrange (talk) 18:19, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Not done You do not need this permission in order to edit the article. Ruslik_Zero 19:50, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If I am granted reviewer rights , I shall be more involved in editing wikipedia and I will do my best and also it will make my process of editing more efficient.Suri 100 (talk) 12:17, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Done, but, please, use with care—your experience in Wikipedia is still rather limited. Ruslik_Zero 17:10, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I have been actively editing wikipedia especially on aviation realted articles. I am a recent changes patroller and hence would request access to reviwer rights to remove any inapproprite edits and accept genuine ones. Abhishek Talk to me 16:24, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to help prevent vandalism, and I have a good few months' experience with patrolling recent changes. I have read and understand the guidelines on reviewing, pending changes, and vandalism. Mr. Stradivarius (drop me a line) 06:55, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to help out with pending changes edits. I've been patrolling recent changes for some time (not including my family emergency wikibreak) and I think I can distinguish vandalism and inappropriate edits from those that benefit the encyclopedia. I am always irritated to those people who constantly vandalize wikipedia and I'll do my best to spot and correct them. Kanut0 (talk) 16:16, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Not done Hi DrFurey, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia thus far. Unfortunately, you do not have enough experience editing to be able to have this right. Fortunately, you do not need the reviewer right (or any other rights) to fight vandalism. See Wikipedia:Cleaning up vandalism for more information. Regards, Dabomb87 (talk) 14:11, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm a good canidate because, I am experianced, with dealing with vandilism,I understand what is vandlism and what vandilism is not,the point of neutrality,I have undone vandlism, warned people about vandilism, and I think I deserve the right to review. DarkfireII13 (talk) 17:59, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm concerned that your recent edits demonstrate that in fact you don't know what is and what isn't vandalism, but I'll leave it for another admin more used to the ways of this forum to decide whether that's an issue for +reviewer. BencherliteTalk 14:15, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes but Before this account I had another account that was compromised,it's name was DarkfireII2.
I believe that I have enough experience for this permission and that it will be another good thing to have in my travels around the project. Strikerforce (talk) 00:32, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Been on wikibreak for a while, returning and would like Reviewer permissions so that I can help out more. I already have rollback permissions, and I feel that I have been a pretty good contributor (when active, of course).) Ejg930 (talk) 03:13, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to try out this feature to help Wikipedia in a better way.I had once been blocked a long time back due to copyright stuff but since then i have greatly changed my understanding of Wikipedia and its policies. devx101 [TALK] 18:10, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Not done Going back to last September, I don't see anywhere that you might have had a need for this, nor where you've demosntrated an understanding of things like vandalism, BLP and copyright. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 09:19, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

My dedication to wiki had not been deterred by that. I kept on my work @ wiki as usual. Anyone may have a bad past but it can erased by good work. For the last 7-8 months i have had no issues, just that one block seems to damned me eternally. My recent edits have completely focused on reverting vandalism, hence i would like to reapply.-- devx101 [TALK] 18:18, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am requesting reviewer rights so that I may assist in the editing of vandalism and misinformation on Wikipedia's pages, particularly for my friend's band's page, which I've been writing. It's recently started to become a target for random IP vandalism as the band's popularity is growing, so I also hope to get the page protected in the near future. Cleetusreese (talk) 21:54, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Not done you only have 12 edits in total, of which ten are to an article where you seem to have a conflict of interest. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 09:20, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think that I would be good with the reviewer right because that I read all the policies. I can tell what is the difference of vandalism and useful editing. I also know Special:RecentChanges ~~EBE123~~ talkContribs 20:33, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You might think I have not been editing long, but as of right now, I have 574 live edits and 82 deleted edits (a total of 656 edits across four projects). Most of those edits (almost half) are to user talk pages, welcoming and warning new and experienced editors alike about vandalism, page blanking, and other various things. I have familiarized myself with the many policies that Wikipedia has from vandalism and edit warring to NPOV and the BLP policies. I feel like I am ready to expand my reach of fighting vandalism across Wikipedia. Crazymonkey1123 (Jacob) (Shout!) 00:37, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to help out with weeding out vandalism in the English Wiki. I believe I can maintain a neutral point-of-view when reviewing articles. Shuipzv3 (talk) 10:31, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not done You experience is still quite limited (ca 100 edits only). I advise you to apply later. Ruslik_Zero 14:05, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
