Keep because of the link that User:GrapedApe gave at Commons a couple of hours after this PUF was filed. A marker with precisely the same text (but without a copyright notice) was placed in 1950, so the original text is {{PD-US-no notice}}, and the marker shown in this image is simply reusing text that's already in the public domain. Image comes from a pdf document. Uploader states that because page 2 says available to the public that the file is released into the public domain. The same page states ©Crown Copyright (2005). I don't have a great amount of knowledge on the Crown Copyright, but its obviously copywritten and not released into the public domain.
