Carequality Interoperability Framework
Carequality Interoperability Framework[1] is an initiative of the Sequoia Project aiming at establishing the framework and standards for enabling health data interoperability and health information exchange across the US healthcare industry. The initiative aims to address the problem that any person's health record is scattered across the multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems of multiple healthcare providers, and no single provider holds a complete and consistent health record in electronic form.[2]
