Carequality Interoperability Framework
[edit]Carequality Interoperability Framework[1] is a non-profit initiative of the Sequoia Project[2] aiming at establishing the framework and standards for enabling health data interoperability and health information exchange across the US healthcare industry. The initiative addresses the problem that any person's health record is scattered across the multiple electronic health record (EHR) systems of multiple healthcare providers, with no single system holding a complete and consistent health record in electronic form.[3]
