The third series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK will begin airing in September 2021.[1] The series was filmed in Manchester.[2]
The cast of the third series was officially announced in August 2021 on social media.[3] Due to health issues concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, series 2 contestant Veronica Green was also announced as one of the cast members, after receiving an open invitation for the third series.
Production
In November 2020, BBC confirmed plans to air a third series.[2] Casting closed in November and the series was filmed in March 2021.[4][5]
BBC Three shared a seven-second teaser for the series on social media on 21 June 2021.[5][6]

The cast was announced on 18 August 2021.
