    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting the restoration of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    • @Lhmika: Declined pending further information. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission. Articles for creation is not an indefinite hosting service for material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia's article mainspace. We may be willing to restore it again, but only if you provide a definite assurance that you actually intend to work on it and provide a short description of what you intend to do to improve it to meet our policies and guidelines.       I had paid someone to create the article and they never followed through on sending me the submission. When I found out it had been drafted, I decided I wanted to take a look at it and edit it myself for resubmission. I will add additional sources or delete the draft myself if that's not feasible.     One of our agent was assigned to make our details on Wikipedia. He told that he knows how to edit. We trust him because he had make our details on IMDb.     Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act

    Article was deleted through PROD for "Failed Canadian law. Doesn't appear to meet WP:GNG.". I'm not sure what was meant by "failed law", it's an Act of the Canadian Parliament that has been in force for decades. It's mentioned on the following pages: 2012 Canadian federal electoral redistribution, 2022 Canadian federal electoral redistribution, the Fair Representation Act (Canada) and the Preserving Provincial Representation in the House of Commons Act.     The way to talk about standard procedures would be to ask on Wikipedia talk:Requests for undeletion. The talk page could be restored, but it talks about the difficulty of typing the ellipsis, and that it is not in MOS. What do you want to do with the talk? Stick it to the deletion debate?     I was merely curious what browser support referred to, since I've never heard of the ellipsis character being outright unsupported (in 2013, at that).
