Hey there, I see you created the article Emily Wright. At first I thought you were trying to create an article about yourself, but looking through your edit history it looks like the article might be on a character from a television show. The speedy deletion tag is still on the article, but if the person is from a television show or is notable in any other way please add it to the article. If you need more time add {{hangon}} under the deletion tag and write why Emily Wright is notable on the discussion page. Sorry about any confusion I may have caused. 0:) --TheKoG (talk|contribs) 20:15, 3 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bradley Milnes

[edit]

Hey, it really sucks that you keep getting bad news, and here I am with some more. Let me know if I can help you with anything.

Bradley Milnes has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this person might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:Notability (people) for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" template, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod template, the article will not be deleted, but if an editor is still not satisfied that it meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. NickelShoe (Talk) 18:50, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've somewhat undone your Tom Lister edits. One, please read the Wikipedia:Manual of Style for many formatting ways, including external links. Headlines should not be in all caps, and titles should not be in brackets, but wikilinked and italiced. Two, please do not remove templates without good reason. You removed a disambiguation link ("dablink") and a stub that should remain. --TheTruthiness 00:51, 16 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Zoie Kennedy, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:Zoie Kennedy. You may remove the deletion notice, and the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. A tag has been placed on Zoie Kennedy, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Calton | Talk 02:24, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Hoping for the Best, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 16:38, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Amelia Sefton

[edit]

An editor has nominated Amelia Sefton, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Amelia Sefton and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Notability of Emily Wright

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Emily Wright, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. ~EnviroboyTalkContribs - 20:10, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on James Mather (Emmerdale), by SkierRMH (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because James Mather (Emmerdale) seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting James Mather (Emmerdale), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. Lisa-Marie Boucher

[edit]

Your edit on 28 June removed various reasonable-looking categories, and the stub category, and the DEFAULTSORT. (I was led to look at, and edit, this article because she mis-filed in the "People from Bradford" list, because the DEFAULTSORT was missing.) Please take care when editing so that you don't accidentally delete useful stuff. Thanks. PamD 17:11, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Lucy Warren, by Jayron32 (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Lucy Warren fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

A1:no context and A7: non notable

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Lucy Warren, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. Notability of Robyn-Olivia Jones

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Robyn-Olivia Jones requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

Proposed deletion of Chloe (Coronation Street)

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Chloe (Coronation Street), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process.
