Houghton Meadows are managed as a nature reserve by the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Peterborough.[1] They lie east of the village of Houghton and south-west of St Ives in the county of Cambridgeshire, along the banks of the River Great Ouse, and have been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.[2]
