Alentejo Litoral is a NUTS3 subregion of the Alentejo, in Portugal. Alentejo Litoral is comprised by municipalities of both the District of Beja and the District of Setúbal. The chief city is Sines. As of 2001, the subregion had a population of 99,976 inhabitants and its total area is 5,261 km².

It is composed of the following 5 municipalities:
