The "Rocky Mountain Laboratory" or "Rocky Mountain Laboratories" are a US government laboratory in Hamilton, Montana. They are best known for research on rickettsial diseases.

The Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory is a biological field station near Crested Butte Colorado. They are best known for research on climate change and high-altitude ecology.
