Hello,
I've had to reject your article as it does not give adequate context; readers who are unfamiliar with that particular discipline would have no idea what you are on about as you jump straight into the deep-end, so to speak. It just needs a brief introduction to introduce the subject and give some context. Referencing, formatting and everything else are very good so it will pass the review process with an introduction.
If you want to let me know when you've made your changes, I'd be happy to review it for you and save it lingering in the backlog for weeks.
