One Tower is a skyscraper under construction in Moscow, Russia. It's height upon completion in 2024 will be 405 meters with 101 floors. With this height it will be the tallest building in Moscow, second tallest building in Europe and Russia after Lakhta Center in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.[1][2]
