In the Adventure Comics run of the Spectre, Corrigan called a reporter Clark Kent, and another cop said "Are you really Superman?".

Many think this means this run of the Spectre took place on Earth-Prime, but not so. On Earth-1, jokes about the numerous times Kent had been suspected even appeared on late nigh tv.

See the Johnny Nevada story in 1977's ACTION COMICS #474.

Another super?

Are you guys sure there were only two super-humans on earth prime? I just read Countdown 45, and it showed a guy in glasses with a supersuit (complete with sun symbol) Who was he? Bluecatcinema 13:05, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That was DC Comics writer Cary Bates. In Justice League of America #124 (1975), he was accidentally teleported from Earth-Prime to Earth-One, where he used his "plotting power" to become a supervillain. Though Cary was from Earth-Prime, he had no powers there. WaxTadpole (talk) 22:40, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Doctor Who

In the Doctor Who comic, TV Action!, the Doctor travels to a world where his universe is fiction. Would that count as an example of this, and, if so, should it be mentioned? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.23.126.98 (talk) 17:12, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
