Comment: as KDS4444 notes above, this article has previously been created under a range of titles, by a range of user accounts --- previous creations have all been by identified sockpuppets of Alex9777777 -- see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Alex9777777/Archive. Delete. Unremarkable app whose articles seems meant to promote it.
