@Nthep: Did you mean to open this with one puppet or two? You listed nothing under suspected puppets and then said to "add" Belaruski.kanal. For example, did you mean to list Vasili-vorobiev, who appears to be related? You don't list the oldest account as the master but I'll deal with that myself after your answer. @Bbb23:. One puppet initially then the second came along creating more versions of the same. Vasili-vorobiew I wasn't aware of and must have come along after I created this report. Most of the evidence for these being socks I'm taking from the edit history of Alex Bugatti where the following accounts are all CU blocked and I now think the master is Rutubs:

The account Joe.dio was recently created after the block and re-created the page, as well as making this edit to their userpage, in a similar way to Toni.molodko. Writing about another non-notable Aleksej Pechkurov website (977.by), but calling him "Pechkurov Aleksej", perhaps to avoid scrutiny. From the sockmaster name, Pechkurov seems to like the number 977. McGeddon (talk) 10:28, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Jei.2017 is a duck, already blocked by Nthep, and I have now tagged the account. Maximushils is a duck, already blocked by SuperMarioMan, and I have now tagged the account. The IP addresses are ducks, but since neither has edited for a few days, and the troll moves quickly from one IP address to another, there is no point in blocking them now. There are far too many other edits, not from this troll, I the IP range for a range block to be acceptable. However, listing them here was still useful, investigating the range led me to another sockpuppet account, Jisi.dli and two other IP addresses which had been used today, so I did block those. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 10:41, 1 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Per past socks, WP:SPA Clairelovato (talk · contribs) created a bio of Alex Pechkurov, at the new title of Aleks Pechkurov. JuliFox-us (talk · contribs) coincidentally created a surname article at Pechkurov an hour beforehand, which Clairelovato then added Aleks to. ru.wikipedia admin @OneLittleMouse: informed me at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/TV Pinsk Music top 10 that globally blocked JaahahaJio is a related sock, even though he does not appear so far at this SPI. In which case two new accounts, Wikibandd and an IP, have just popped up to continue to remove the Afd from the article. I'll leave it to others whether a CU is even necessary in this case.
