The Itokin Cenotaph is a cenotaph located in Itokin, Lagos state, Nigeria.

Itokin Cenotaph is a monument erected at the riverside of the Itokin River in Ikosi-Ejirin. It was constructed in remembrance of the 144 passengers that lost their lives in ADC Flight 086 from Port-Harcourt to Lagos on November 7th, 1996. The Cenotaph was unveiled by the then "Minister of Aviation": Ita Udo-Ime on November 1997. The Cenotaph was last renovated in 2010.

RECENT TIMES

Currently, the Cenotaph is gathered by reptiles, covered with weeds and bushes as a result of not being properly cared for by the Nigerian Government. 24 years after the Cenotaph was constructed on November 7th 2021, the Cenotaph was visited by the families, friends and co-workers of the passengers that lost their lives on the ADC flight 086.
