Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) is a multinational automotive company specialised in commercial and specialty vehicles, powertrain and related financial services. The registered office is in Amsterdam, Netherlands and its headquarters are in Turin, Italy. The company is listed on the Euronext Milan stock exchange[1][2]. Suzanne Heywood is Chairperson, Olof Persson is CEO[3][4].
Iveco Group was established in 2022 as a result of a spin-off from CNH Industrial[5][6][7]. It has 20 industrial sites and 31 research and development centres across the world[8].
Brands

- IVECO designs, manufactures and commercialises heavy, medium and light duty commercial vehicles[10].
- FPT Industrial specialises in powertrain technologies for both on-and off-road applications[11].
- IVECO BUS designs and manufactures urban, intercity and tourism buses[12][13].
- HEULIEZ focuses on passenger transport buses[14].
- IDV provides specialised defence and civil protection equipment[15].
- ASTRA produces large-scale, heavy-duty quarry and construction vehicles[16].
- MAGIRUS specialises in firefighting vehicles[17].
- IVECO CAPITAL is the financial services brand of the Group[18].
Projects and partnerships
[edit]Hyundai Motor Company
[edit]In March 2022, Iveco Group signed a MOU with Hyundai Motor Company to collaborate on an electric light commercial vehicle for the European market[19][20]. The same year Iveco Group and Hyundai Motor Company presented the first fuel cell large van at IAA 2022 in Hanover and a new hydrogen city bus at Busworld in Brussels in 2023[21] [22].
Nikola Iveco Europe
[edit]In June 2023, Iveco Group acquired full ownership of Nikola Iveco Europe, a joint venture focused on electric and fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, now operating as EVCO Gmbh[23][24].
Metallica
[edit]In November 2023, Iveco Group announced its partnership with Metallica for the European Leg of their M72 World Tour[25][26].
