This is a list of episodes for Kamen Rider Gotchard, a Japanese tokusatsu television drama. It is the fifth series in the franchise released in Japan's Reiwa Era and the 34th entry of Toei's long-running Kamen Rider series produced by TV Asahi.

Fellow high schooler Houtaro Ichinose is stuck in a daze that prevents him from deciding a career path for himself, while also searching for his "Gotcha"— something that'll make him unique. As a result, one of his classmates, Rinne Kudo, looks down on him. Things take a strange turn for Houtaro as he meets an unknown artificial lifeform known as a Chemy named Hopper1 that can come out of its Ride Chemy Card. Another Chemy known as Steamliner appears from nowhere as it takes Houtaro to an unknown area. There, Houtaro meets a mysterious man named Fuga Kudo who entrusts him with the GotcharDriver and the mission to recollect the Chemies that have been released into the world. Suddenly a trio of sisters intending to claim the GotcharDriver known as the Three Dark Sisters appear and seemingly kill him. Back in the real world, one of them, Clotho, merges with another Chemy, Kamantis, turning into a monstrous creature known as a Malgam. With that, Houtaro loads the two cards into the Driver, transforming himself into Kamen Rider Gotchard and defeats the Malgam and its host, reclaiming Kamantis. | |||||

Though Houtaro saved the praying mantis-themed Chemy named Kamantis from its Malgam state, he's curious and wants to learn more about the Chemies as he still has 98 more Chemies to go who've been unleashed onto humanity. Houtaro is advised by his teacher Minato, who is revealed to be a professor at Alchemist Academy, to learn about alchemy. Rinne reveals to Houtaro that she goes to the academy and thus Houtaro decides to enter himself into the academy's entrance exam. Concurrently, Houtaro's best school friend Ryo Kajiki meets a talking skateboard revealed to be the skateboard-themed Chemy named Skebows. Having passed the exam on a technicality, Houtaro joins Alchemist Academy and meets his fellow students: introverted Sabimaru Tsuruhara, outgoing Renge Icho and reaffirms his goal to befriend all 101 Chemies. As the first test of his resolve, Minato gives him the samurai-themed Apparebushido who while captured is dormant, and Houtaro tries to form a bond with this Chemy. When a man filled with hatred over peoples' happiness inadvertently bonds with the mushroom-themed Venomdake, Houtaro attempts to train himself in bushido, only to fail. After recovering thanks to Minato's antidote, Houtaro trains himself to win Apparebushido's approval. However he crosses Alchemy Graduate Supana Kurogane who clashes with Houtaro as he believes Chemies are mere tools. The two clash over their views, with Houtaro emerging victorious in his beliefs, gaining Apparebushido's trust. Houtaro rushes to help Rinne and Minato, transforming into Gotchard and using Skebows and Apparebushido to defeat the Malgam and reclaim Venomdrake. However, another submarine-themed Malgam corners the group, only for Supana to transform into Armored Warrior Valvarad to engage it. | |||||

Having struggled against the Vemon Malgam, Houtaro is left aghast when Supana uses the Valvarusher and transforms into the armored warrior Valvarad and effortlessly defeats the Deepmariner Malgam. And even moreso when Supana appears at the Alchemist Academy, having been sent by higher-ranking Alchemists to gather the Chemies. But he is upset when Supana blows him off as unqualified. In trying to find new Chemies, Houtaro and Rinne are ambused by the Three Dark Sisters who demand the GotcharDriver, claiming it to be the key to their plan for the Chemies, and use the captured Antrooper Chemy to trap the pair in a cavern. Their hunt leads them to a closed wrestling gym where the owner, retired masked wrestler turned wrestling coach named Kōichirō Asahi, is being threatened by the Gorilla Malgam bonded to a disgraced former professional wrestler named Gōriki. Vastly mismatched Houtaro is hurt badly, Asahi is revealed to be caring for Wrestler G, the wrestling Chemy. Working together, the pair train Houtaro and the others in the art and style of wrestling ready for a rematch against Gōriki, but can Houtaro persuade the tag-team to separate to complete his goal of recoving the Chemy? | |||||

Supana Kurogane has being stalked for some time by an man who deeply resents him, though Supana shows indifference and doesn't know who he is. When the stalker turns into the Hawk Malgam to attack, Minato identifies him as Boruto Namarizaki; an alchemist who lost the title of Super Rank A Alchemist to Supana a year earlier. His prideful arrogance in believing he was superior caused him to hesitate, and he has been trying to kill Supana ever since to prove he is the better. Believing Rinne is Supana's girlfriend, Boruto kidnaps her to get him to surrender, but Supana doesn't and Gotchard and Valvarad perform a tag-team move to defeat him. Afterwards, Boruto threatens Supana again, only for Supana to reveal he doesn't recognise him. For his crimes, Minato wipes Boruto's memories of being an alchemist whilst Houtaro affirms to become as great an alchemist as Supana. | |||||

A young boy named Riku brings Saboneedle, the cactus-themed Chemy to Kitchen Ichinose and asks Houtaro and the others to take care of it. Sensing a bond between boy and Chemy, and confused why he is trying to get rid of his friend, Houtaro investigates and discovers Riku is being attacked by a Malgam and is trying to separate the boy from his friend Saboneedle. Supana questions why Minato hasn't confiscated the GotcharDriver from Houtaro, whilst Rinne is surprised by a visit from Atropos. Houtaro manages to save himself from falling and escapes with Riku, Atropos taunts Rinne with facts about her father being a traitor and causes her to question her own abilities as a friend and alchemist. The Dragonfly Malgam is discovered to be Riku's father, who is pushing his son to study rather than enjoy being young. Houtaro tries to repair the bond between father and son whilst also proving to all that Chemies and humans can co-exist. Lachesis decides to defeat Valvarad by utilising multiple chemies of the same class, but he isn't as easy to beat as she hopes. | |||||

The schools class trip to Kyoto starts with Houtaro and Kajiki looking into UFO sightings, but get distracted when Kajiki finds love in fellow sci-fi nerd Hijiri Himeno. Clotho realises the UFO sightings are of the lost Level 10 Chemy, and travels to Kyoto to capture it. Finding the Kamen Rider there too, she unleashes an escaped prisoner bonded with a Chemy to distract him. Minato soon learns of the UFO sightings, but Houtaro left all his Chemies at home due to the class trip. So when a giant Malgam rampages, he must use Rinne's two new Chemies Renkingrobo and Yamibat! | |||||

Thanks to Renge and Sabimaru delivering the Chemies, Gotchard is able to defeat Jungle Malgam, whilst Kajiki is distraught when he sees his new love in the arms of another man, who he is unaware is the second escaped criminal that Clotho broke free. He learns that he is actually Hijiri's brother Tsurugi, but he is an arsonist who has fused with a Chemy. Gotchard is able to separate the two, but Hijiri's anger at her brother for betraying her belief that he was innocent causes her to fuse with the same Chemy and become even more powerful. Kajiki is able to calm her down by reminding her of her affection for the occult, and Gotchard defeats her as the siblings surrender to the authorities for their actions. Meanwhile Clotho captures the missing Level 10 Chemy, UFO-X. | |||||

Atropos tries to harness UFO-X's hidden power to finish her creation. It escapes but not before she is able to complete it. Meanwhile after Supana reports recovering Malgam components from the Three Dark Sisters during his encounters, the Alchemys Union sends an investigator to the school to find a suspected spy within their ranks. After watching Gotchard fight and capture the spider Chemy Catchula, Inquisitors Kugimiya and Harima arrive and question Houtaro's ineffective fighting style, using multiple Chemies instead of fully utilising one set. When the Three Dark Sisters arrive on campus so Atropos can torment Rinne again, Houtaro is confused to find himself fighting the same Chemy he captured that morning, which is being used by the spy! | |||||

The spy has been unmasked as Inquisitor Harima, who ends up cornered by Supana, Minato and the others. Harima reveals she is helping the Three Dark Sisters unlock the true power of alchemy as she believes it will let her become an invincible alchemist, only for Atropos to immediately kill her as she has outgrown her usefulness. They kidnap Sabimaru and hypnotise him to use their new DreaDriver to become Kamen Rider Dread. Using stolen Blank Chemy Cards they've created Replichemies, which means Dread can fight on the same level as Gotchard. Houtaro tries to reach Sabimaru's heart to stop fighting, which summons UFO-X who gifts Houtaro his hidden power: the sword Exgotchalibur! | |||||

Houtaro is determined to rescue Sabimaru from being Dread, and believes the key in unlocking the Exgotchalibur's power lies in UFO-X. Meanwhile Rinne loses confidence in herself after Atropos told her that losing Sabimaru was her fault. After a hint from Kajiki, Houtaro decides to use Sabimaru's lure to summon UFO-X and ask for its help. The Three Dark Sisters and Dread attack again, revealing that Dread drains its users life energy. UFO-X appears to help, and that's to it Houtaro combines his sword and driver to become Super Gotchard UFO-X. He separates Sabimaru from Dread and defeats the latter, forcing the Sisters to retreat. | |||||

Houtaro and Rinne are send shopping by his mother when she senses she wants time alone with him. She tells him of her talks with Atropos, and of her anxiety as a result, but he reassures her she is blameless and apologises for not noticing sooner. They then find themselves on the trail of X-Rex, a Level 10 dinosaur Chemy which reportedly eats people, when they meet a girl named Sawa who is searching for a dinosaur to take a photo of for her father. They find the Chemy but Houtaro is eaten by it while Rinne flees with Sawa. Inside it, he finds Sawa's father who's mind is being probed by X-Rex, which helps him realise he needs to be honest with his daughter. X-Rex scans Houtaro's mind, when it sees images of him as a child playing with Hopper1, which confuses Houtaro but it allows them both to leave after sensing the truth in Houtaro's feelings. Supana storms the Three Dark Sisters' hideout but is overwhelmed when Lachesis becomes Dread and leaves him for dead. | |||||

The Three Dark Sisters arrive in the forest to attack Rinne, but Gotchard saves her when X-Rex arrives and lends its power to Gotchard! Atropos captures Rinne and tells her that her father Fuga tried to unlock the dark door and keep its power for himself, and has killed many people as a result. However Rinne realises Atropos is actually jealous that Rinne has friends. Reaffirmed, she saves Sawa and her father from Lachesis and helps Gotchard fight Dread. Supana, who survived his fight, arrives weakened to help and watches in amazement as Super Gotchard defeats Lachesis and recovers three Chemies in a single strike. Spurred on by his friends support, Houtaro defeats Dread and the Sisters flee. | |||||

Kitchen Ichinose is fully booked for Christmas and Houtaro is understaffed, so he asks a reluctant Rinne to help. Meanwhile Supana returns to his master, Kyoka Edami, and asks her to enhance his fighting powers as Valvarad. She reveals she is creating a copy of the GotcharDriver for Supana to use. The Three Dark Sisters get help from a mysterious person called Geryon, who forces Lachesis to fuse with the Chemy Jyamatanoorochi into the colossal Orochi Malgam. The Malgam then starts petrifying citizens to stone, and whilst fighting it turns Rinne and Supana to stone too. Completely overpowered by it, Houtaro nearly loses but is saved by a new arrival: a mysterious orange-colored Kamen Rider Gotchard called Gotchard Daybreak, who easily defeats the gigantic Malgam forcing it into its normal body. Gotchard Daybreak then forces Houtaro to chose: giving up fighting and let him do it, or seize the future with his own hands! | |||||

Geryon uses a doll to create the powerful Moon Malgam that traps people in shadows. Houtaro tries to fight it but is rescued by Gotchard Daybreak, who warns him that he cannot defeat it as he is, and that he will soon lose a trusted ally, so much choose to accept fate or struggle against it. Kyoka tells Supana that he is not strong enough to use the new Driver, and must find a resolve on par with Houtaro's. Houtaro tries to fight against Moon Malgam but needs saving from Daybreak again. Determined to prove he is strong, Gotchard destroys the Malgam but is shocked when it regenerates and retreats, proving Daybreak right twice when Houtaro and the Students lose their greatest ally to darkness! | |||||

Houtaro loses the will to fight after losing Minato to Geryon. Gotchard Daybreak then tries to give Houtaro a power-up item, the Gotcharigniter, but instead, Houtaro time travels into the past to earn it himself. He discovers as a child he was friends with Hopper1 and Steamliner in Ouroboros World, when Geryon and the Three Dark Sisters invaded to defeat Fuga Kudo. Geryon reveals he altered peoples minds to frame Fuga so he can kill him and steal his plans for the 'key to darkness'. Past Houtaro protects the Chemies as Fuga forces Geryon into retreat. He then wipes Houtaro's memory, saying that fate will allow him to find them again. Returning to the present Houtaro creates his own Gotcharigniter and becomes Fire Gotchard to defeat Moon Malgam. The truth about Daybreak is revealed: he is from a timeline when Geryon destroyed the world, and he came to the past to alter history by making Houtaro stronger sooner. With the future changed, Daybreak vanishes. | |||||

As Houtaro and his friends discuss their next course of action with the Alchemist Academy barring them access, Rinne is met by Minato, who offers her a place back at the Academy if she joins him before Houtaro rescues her and fends him off. Houtaro reveals the truth about Fuga's action and why he did it to Rinne, musing that he stole away the Chemies to do the right thing. Just then, a Cerberus-themed Malgam attacks, overpowering Gotchard while Atropos attacks Rinne. As Gotchard struggles to battle the Malgam, Atropos attempts to break Rinne's morale when the Malgam attacks her. Rinne, resolving to make her own rules, defends Atropos from the Malgam, regaining the AlchemisDriver. With the new equipment and the Unicon and The Sun Chemy Cards, she transforms into Majade and helps Houtaro defeat the Malgam, reclaiming Yoacerebus. Afterwards, Rinne turns down Minato's offer. | |||||

Kyoka meets Houtaro and his team to ask them for their aid in completing a new driver for Supana, who is angry over being outclassed by Rinne and Houtaro. Amidst his training, Supana reunites with his parents, Renchi and Suzu. However, Kyoka panics when Supana texts her about it, as Supana's parents perished a decade ago. The Angel Malgam, who was responsible for making copies of Supana's parents, corners Supana while Geryon turns Supana into a car-themed Malgam despite Houtaro and Rinne's attempts to intervene. Fuming with rage over the deaths of his parents, Supana attacks both foe and friend alike, also raging at Kyoka for suppressing that memory. | |||||

While Gotchard and Majade deal with the Angel Malgam, Supana barges into the fight with the Malgam summoning copies of his parents again, but Renchi and Suzu use alchemy to nullify the monster's abilities, forcing the Malgam to retreat while Gotchard incapacitates Supana. Houtaro and his friends help Kyoka complete her new invention, the ValvaraDriver, when the Malgam and the Dark Sisters attack them. Meanwhile, Minato confronts Supana, claiming that he killed Kyoka to seize her newly invented driver. A furious Supana attacks him, but suddenly remembers his parents' last words for him to follow his convictions. With that, Supana defeats Minato and reclaims Gekiocopter, Gutsshovel, and Daiohni while Madwheel evolves into Machwheel. Claiming his new driver, Supana regroups with Gotchard and his team and transforms into Kamen Rider Valvarad to defeat the Angel Malgam. Afterwards, Supana returns to Kyoka. | |||||
