factoHR is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) developed by Version Systems Private Limited, an HRTech SaaS company co-founded by CEO Aniruddh Nagodra and CTO Niraj Karelia.[1][2][3]

The company's headquarter is located at Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and its registered office is at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.[2]

History

factoHR was released in April 2016 to offer HR management services to organizations.[4]

Version Systems has been bootstrapped since its inception, operating without external funding.[4]

Version Systems has partnered with Microsoft and SAP to offer factoHR on their respective platforms - Microsoft Azure Marketplace and SAP Marketplace.[5][6][7]

In 2020, factoHR reported $1.17M in revenue.[2]

By 2024, factoHR reported serving approximately 3,500 customers and 2.6 million users.[4]

factoHR's headquarters is in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, with offices in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.[1][2][4][3]

factoHR provides solutions for automating various HR functions, including payroll and performance management, attendance tracking, Employee self-service portal, and mobile application.[1][5][7]
