Russell Boast (born 1972) is a South African and American casting director for film and television.[1][2]
Life and career
[edit]Boast was born in Durban, South Africa. He graduated from the University of South Africa and Durban University of Technology (DUT) in 1994.[3] He started his career as a casting assistant on the film, Beyond Borders.[4] Boast moved to Los Angeles in 2004. He is the former president of Casting Society of America.[5] He is also a professor and the head of casting at Chapman University.[6]
