Not only did he appear in many movies but also played crickets for Hollywood English expats... He didn't gain his US citizenship until he was 38, not when he was a young child ie Bob Hope thus holding dual nationality. He can however be classed as Scottish coming from Scotland, but until and if Scotland becomes independent, there is no such thing as a Scottish nationality.
