The names of the legal concepts are jus sanguinis, jus soli and jus matrimonii. It is customary in English jurisprudence to respect the Latin ablative case when referring to something done "by means of" said principle. In those cases we write jure sanguinis, jure soli and jure matrimonii. No reason to mix and match. It's all the same. One or the other. I chose to use jus to change only one word.
