The fact that he produced it is mentioned under "Career" in the main article (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DJ_Scratch). I should mention that on the LP sleeve/inlay, all tracks are credited to "EPMD" collectively (the 1990 lineup included Scratch), done almost by default until the '92 breakup. • 20:0020:00, 15 November 2023 diff hist −19 Jerry Only I made a point that was vague more precise. Instead of having two paranthesis sentences in brackets, one saying Doyle played in Misfits (w/ no further specs), then another later in the text saying he played guitar 1980-1983 (w/ no further specs, i.e. with whom he played, even if its easy to deduce), I made them into one. Unless you know the Misfits chronology, this may be confusing + it looks sloppy. I used only the first parenthesis and made clear that Doyle was part of the 1980-1983 lineup. • 04:5104:51, 25 May 2023 diff hist +30 m Q-Tip production discography A credit given to Q-Tip was modified with a co- credit to the official producer. To throw aside official credit, author should have to show evidence of it being false. Sidenote: an interview with CJ Moore goes in-depth on his work w/ countless acts, among them MobbDeep. Retells how H&P blew their '93 budget on beats by Buckwild, B.Squad etc and CJ had to jump in and do pro bono finishin prod/mix. He points out how Havoc grew from it & took creative control as MAIN prod on all tracks on Infamous. Tags: Reverted Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit

Mohammad alt. The Ummah, in which case Q-Tip very well may have been involved. But unless the author of the Crooklyn section of the Q-Tip production credits can show a source (interview w/ neutral party or some other proof of Q-Tip being the sole maker of this particular beat), Id go with the official credits. Also the sound is typical of Mr. Mohammad; "light" w/ mid-hi oct keys Tags: Reverted Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • 01:5801:58, 25 May 2023 diff hist +173 m Do or Die (Tim Dog album) I made clear that Tim Dog in fact did NOT produce the album all by himself in spite of listing himself as 'producer' of every single track since the producers w/ more pedigree stand as 'co-producers'. This means that Tim Dog may have been involved in the overall production phase and that TR Love, Ced Gee, Moe Love and Kool Keith of Ultramag simply helped Tim Dog out, letting him take credit (theyre not famous for being sticklers when it comes to credits, often using pseudonyms etc to confuse). • 08:2908:29, 21 May 2023 diff hist 0 m Peace (Graveyard album) Critical reception: Originally, the article said Peace is the first Graveyard record to top the Swedish album charts "since 2012's Hisingen Blues". The issue I had was with the year. In no conceivable way did Hisingen Blues drop in 2012. 2011, rather. The wikipedia article (incl. the english) correctly puts 2011 as year of recording and release. So, minor change definitely.

  • 14:3314:33, 19 May 2023 diff hist +10 m Jazz Is Dead (record label) I removed the formulation "...but Muhammad.." with simply stating fact instead of having the outtake of A.S.M.'s prolific cv functioning as some kind of proof of something else, a negative, that A.S.M. only worked with A Tribe Called Quest which no one ever said. I simply didnt see that semantic leaning from the start. This edit is very minor but it really drained the odd 'weight' the text had. Its slightly overloaded still but the tidbits of information I added last edit are def an improvement. Tags: Reverted Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • 14:2314:23, 19 May 2023 diff hist +642 m Jazz Is Dead (record label) The introduction had the word "co-founder" incorrectly used: if Y and M both are "co-founders" of the entity in question an orthodox (or rather schooled) reader would assume theres even more founders out there and question why not all are mentioned. Which is what I did, I checked the back story at another source and found that M & Y alone are in charge. I suspected as much but then felt I had to fix it. Tried to add some flow, I also fleshed out the text relating to the two founders profiles. Tags: Reverted Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • 05:1005:10, 19 May 2023 diff hist +40 m Gone Is Gone The ingress had flow issues w/ unorthodox, clumsy sentences, varying degrees of detail to convey what is basically roster sheet type info on the band lineup and members' respective cv's. So I changed it without adding or removing any vital information. Example: Instead of Sanders being "singer and bassist of Mastodon" (misleading since 3 of Mastodons 4 members perform lead vocal duties, mostly Dailor whose self-important emo voice is easy on childrens' ears) now it says "...of Mastodon fame". The only source I think is needed for the obvious fact is to check the record's wiki page and ofc its interwiki-linked (or whatever its called).
