  • 01:0201:02, 16 August 2019 diff hist −231 m Abortion in Missouri There is no evidence that the confirmation of Bret Kavanaugh had anything to do with attempts to modify Missouri abortion laws. Justice Kavanaugh had up until that point gave no indication whatsoever on any case involving a revocation of Roe v Wade and subsequent Missouri abortion related laws have been cleared for enactment by the 10 District Court of Appeals prior to Kavanaugh ever being nominated.
  • 00:5700:57, 16 August 2019 diff hist −380 m Abortion in Missouri There is absolutely no correlation between Brett M. Kavanaugh being confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice and Missouri attempting to enact anti-abortion law. That is an opinion by Reuters and not a factual representation. Example: A federal appeals court on Sept 10, 2018 cleared the way for Missouri to enforce state laws requiring doctors who perform abortions to be affiliated with hospitals and abortion clinics to be licensed as ambulatory surgical centers. Kavanaugh was confirmed Oct. 6.
