  • 23:0323:03, 2 August 2023 diff hist +202 Measuring rod Ancient Egypt: Add an actual photo of one of the only preserved ancient Egyptian measuring rods. The image of the "Cubit rod from the Turin Museum" seems to be a graphic and it's unclear if this is based on an actual preserved artifact. I think the image of a real ancient cubit rod is a worthwhile addition. The 52.3 cm length comes from this plaque next to this rod in the museum where it's on display: https://www.gettyimages.ie/detail/news-photo/egyptian-civilization-new-kingdom-dynasty-xvi Tag: Visual edit: Switched

Source for this length is from this image of that rod on display in a museum where the plaque (in french) provides the 52.3cm length: https://www.gettyimages.ie/detail/news-photo/egyptian-civilization-new-kingdom-dynasty-xviii-wood-cubit-news-photo/122210248 Tag: Visual edit: Switched

This would make the term synonymous with every other known but unpatched vulnerability. This does not fit with the rest of the article or the generally accepted definition in the security industry
