There is no true source on the Internet, Japanese or otherwise, confirming any relationship between Daigo and Hiramoto. This I can confirm.
@Opencooper: Its near-certain to be false. This potential addition is the conjecture of 4chan and hentai users on the net, who happened to notice a slight similarity between this doujin of Meiko and the actual Meiko. There is a noted increase in height between the doujin Meiko and the official Meiko however, best seen by comparing the Chapter 193 cover to the first Meiko panel.
