I put a bit of structure in by adding headings for the large block of text, so that only a few lines remain in the intro.
A few things that could be improved (by someone who is more knowledgable about them than me):
the history of the estate. Currently the section has info about the planning and the planner, but no real info about the complex itself 1978-2016)
there seems to be a really active Tennant Association. Maybe a paragraph about them?
