B-Sides

[edit]

Where the hell did someone get 12? They only have 8, and why does it say they have a live album? NTurner

I haven't had time to fix it yet Jakisbak (talk) 11:37, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Strung Out on Avenged Sevenfold: Bat Wings and Broken Strings)

[edit]

well that was a trully masterful example of bad editing

links that link back to this page???? deletion of articles for lack of "notability" deletion of information from main discography text as its covered by seperate article

somone decides the article on Strung Out on Avenged Sevenfold: Bat Wings and Broken Strings) is not notable enough and then redirects the all the links to this page their is even a link at the bottom of the page that links to the article which now redirects back to this page again

then presumably someone else deletes all mention of: Strung Out on Avenged Sevenfold: Bat Wings and Broken Strings) and Strung Out on Avenged Sevenfold: The String Tribute presumably because its all covered in a seperate article - that they have linked to

result other than the names I have no idea what they are about, nor do I have any idea about how to erconstruct what was lost nor zm i willing to spend ages going back through history to find what was lost and put it back in X-mass (talk) 10:00, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

side note about why these messes happen =

[edit]

On a side note I think the deletion of articles for lack of notability is one of the two keys issues of what is wrong with wikipedia and why so many people don't post anymore, the other is the insistence that everything should be in one pot which takes no account of cultural difference.

Libraries solved this issue centuries ago with: a. Specialist libaries. Also People understand what b. tag cloud and file trees are and how they are used. Why cant these two things be applied to wikipedia?

Yes it would mean reporting was inconsistent between different wikipedias but there is also no attempt to make wikipedia reporting consistent across language barriers, so why would specialised wikipedia's need to be consistent?

People can cope with something be 'true' in general terms as well as being untrue in more specilaised area - for example: classically electrons are described as taking particular positions or orbits in an atom - this isn't true but it helps to understand other stuff that is true such as bonding between atoms. Other Appearances

[edit]

All the songs from the "Other Appearances" section appear on regular releases by the band. Plus, they appeared on a bazillion more samplers, soundtracks and compilations. Considering this, is the section really justified? Seelentau (talk) 19:11, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
