Removed offer figures

[edit]

I got a very upset call from the agent selling the property - this article is the number one Google hit on "47 Belgrave Square" and the uncited claimed "offer" figures were making problems for them! Be very sure to properly cite from good sources any figures, offers, etc. named in this article - David Gerard (talk) 11:26, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

To be honest, I don't really see the point of the whole "No. 47 Belgrave Square" section. Is all the information about properties currently up for sale (some of which is speculation, and none of which is sourced) really relevant to the article? Perhaps the only useful bit of information is the last sentence about it having the highest value in the area. --David Edgar (talk) 11:11, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What's with the Titanic?

[edit]

I would assume many significant conversations have been held here in history, is this piece of trivia really appropriate or relevant to this page? I haven't deleted it for fear of messing up the formatting of the rest of the page and it seems a little destructive, but still...188.220.199.67 (talk) 20:51, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
