While the information is publicly available, that does not mean it is public domain. The pdf you linked to in the article is "© American Society for Clinical Pathology" and the site that MadmanBot noted is "(c) 2013, PathologyOutlines.com, Inc." If you can provide a source which establishes that the recommended categories are public domain or otherwise freely licensed, then by all means let us know and we can restore the content.
