Precedent for YouTubers seems to be to use the person's actual name versus the channel name unless the channel name is a proper noun that could be construed as a sort of stage name. After all, the article is about the person as a broader topic, not the YouTube channel in specific. For example: Nikkie de Jager, Marques Brownlee, and Cristine Rotenberg, off the top of my head. I agree with RachelT. above on precedents. The article is about the person and not the channel, so its title should reflect her real name. However, she is currently married (though separated) with the surname Claßen, while Heinicke is her maiden name.
