Merge proposal

The CVD article is extremely similar SVCD. The few differences between the two should fit in a short section in the SVCD article, and with a little merging of the history sections. Besides, neither is high traffic so it would be better to combine the efforts of the few editors. Any comments, or am I just talking to myself again? Rcooley (talk) 23:08, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think that it is a good idea to merge both China Video Disc and Super Video CD beacause acording to the book I am now reading "Digital Video an Introduction" China Video Disc is just an asian variant of SVCD with barely any differance.
