Notability tag
[edit]Removed "notability tag" which appears out of place on this article.
- First, the company is publicly listed on one of Scandinavia's primary stock exchanges. And like any other publicly listed company, it receives routine media coverage. It also has to release detailed annual reports which often are 100+ pages in length. Detailed quarterly reports too. Because it is publicly traded, the company is legally bound to be truthful in the reports. Misleading information comes with penalties and potential criminal prosecution. Those reports as well as other notifications are frequently mentioned, featured and analysed in the media. Besides, there is public interest too, given that it's a publicly traded company, open for everyone.
- Second, this is the parent company for a group of 9 or 10 companies. Taking them combined would result in plenty of coverage. There is a good chance that some of the subsidiaries are notable enough for their own Wikipedia pages as is the case with other parent companies.
- Third, there are many less notable companies that have been well established on Wikipedia for years. Just a quick search reveals plenty – Datasaab, Diamyd Medical, Dockstavarvet, IsaDora cosmetics, Jofa, 280 North, Inc., Biographicon, Platzi, Netomi and countless others. And I'm not arguing the other companies' notability, I think it is good that they are on Wiki and information is easily accessible.
All things considered, notability is clear.
