"Billly and His Pals" is actually "Bobby and His Pals"
[edit]Whoever uploaded the WebM used in this article appears to have mislabeled it. The title screen says Bobby rather than Billy. 68.60.202.174 (talk) 02:27, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
- This appears to be an error introduced by the archivist. I have corrected the listing and the caption of the inline clip to match the title as given in the title screen, but I do not have access to the referenced webm file to change its name, so the link stands as erroneously given. Can someone else further correct this? rowley (talk) 19:46, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
- Okay, I've done a little more research. This is from FilmPreservation.org's website:
I'm correcting my corrections. rowley (talk) 20:52, 12 November 2022 (UTC)Billy and His Pal was discovered in 2010 in New Zealand where its title had been changed, apparently for British commonwealth audiences, to Bobby and His Pal. It is one of only five surviving films from the Star Film Ranch. —Frank Thompson
