This is a dream of the future for human next generation education. Just wonder how big is the budget to built this education city? just currious.

why is this a different article than Education City? 71.218.101.57 00:31, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because when Hillarydoc created Education City s/he apparently didn't know about and hadn't seen the Education City, Qatar article. I am going to merge both articles, making Education City, Qatar a redirect to Education City.

RE-RETYPE: What "unsourced"? Shall I have to argue about Scientific Reasoning with some stranger here? A) I painstakingly did my part to clean-up this lethargic article, and concisely explained them in the due-venue but oh-so-surprisingly — has been reinstated in this wholesale-revert. B) Yep, disputing NPOV is clearly right since no RS, I mean not a single RS cited here makes as sweeping conclusions of negative-connotation as this article does — as if it's like saying "the Sun is first spotted in the East". C) As for Herbert London guy and all, it's clearly based on his own wiki-entry. That's why I got rid of junk-links and did them. MOS on linking shall apply. Also paraphrased the prose more faithfully to what these pundits were saying, than trying to sugarcoat the same. Also, ENGVAR for Qatar applies here. There's no point for Qatarīs to say "Law-Law", unless they're singing. Ahh.. I wish WP:BITE were as much of a religion among Wiki's higher-UAL editors, as WP:OWN is. I've already compromised than ideal by not changing the metadata in cite templates, to say the least. Consider since unlike you, I don't have the luxury of accessing PC, which makes all of the process requiring far more effort. No replies can be entertained, just had to complete the edit-description — since conciseness didn't work, I'm nevertheless trying to expand a bit by being succinct.27.60.11.123 (talk) 04:58, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

27.60.11.123 I can't exactly reply to your edits since they have been stricken from the record, but yes, your edits did not adhere to a neutral point of view and did not contain a source. It appeared to be more of an opinion than fact. I'm sorry that you are unhappy about that, but feel free to add a source next time, and try to write in a more factual tone. Best wishes. RAND references

[edit]

Y'all may find http://www.rand.org/pubs/monographs/MG880/ and especially http://www.rand.org/pubs/monographs/MG796/ of interest as references both directly & as background. --Gwern (contribs) 18:10 13 November 2009 (GMT)

degrees awarded

[edit]

Good evening good people. I've looked around but no success - does anyone know what the degrees offered will resemble? Will they say "cornell, georgetown" etc, or will they have a disclaimer at the bottom that says "qatar"? If so, wont the latter diminish the weight of the degree? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.111.179.37 (talk) 13:53, 14 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

hi, the degrees will be conferred by the parent campuses of each uni so they won't read "qatar" anywhere 86.36.37.201 (talk) 19:15, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
