A vandalizing edit was made by user "Zach Here" which added a whole new song to the album that doesn't actually exist. The song was named Despacito 2.0, from what was once in my opinion a sort of funny meme. This edit has been reverted. Good question. It could be kept, as there seem to be plenty of sources about it – just because it is unreleased and will probably never be released doesn't mean that it's not notable.
