Mobley became the highest-ranked player to join the program.
Dwight "The Blur" Anderson was the highest rated recruit in 1978 and transferred to USC from Kentucky. O.J. Mayo in 2007 was the highest ranked player by RSCI.
I can't correct this because it is locked.
