Game release date wrong?

Acc to [1]: "Tamura began the manga inspired by 's trading card game in 2013....The manga is part of a inspired by 's trading card game of the same name." It obviously does not contradicts the article. THE PROBLEM is "was a Japanese collectible card game created by Bushiroad. The first products began releasing simultaneously worldwide from January 24, 2014." that is stated in the article. How can sth be inspired by sth that doesn't exist yet??.
