Fair use rationale for Image:GTC logo.png
[edit]Image:GTC logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

fees
[edit]I know wikipedia is not the place to discuss issues, but the GTC really piss me off with their stupid fees. Why have I got to pay to be a teacher? How expensive can it really be to have a list somewhere that says A) I have a PGCE and B) I'm not a sex offender? It just feels like an enormous rip off.
I brought this up with the person on the phone at the GTC for England once and all their could do was read their script about how the teaching unions had negotiated to get teachers salaries raised by £35 a year or whatever the hell the annual fee was. Well that's bullshit, and I'll tell you why. Teachers generally work academic years that begin and end in september, yet the GTC charge their fees from the financial year from april, this means if I work one academic year I have to pay two years fees. If I work two academic years in a row then I pay three years GTC fees etc etc. Given the average teacher works 4 or 5 years before jacking in the thankless bollocks, the GTC always gets one years more subs then the teacher really works. rant over. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Coolug (talk • contribs) 15:10, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
