Inadequate plot description

[edit]

I just saw this film. The unsourced plot description here does an inadequate job (trite OR) of describing the plot. I'm not up for rewriting it but when someone is ready to do so, please use a proper source such as the review by Mark Adams referenced in the article. Jojalozzo 01:12, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

OK. I don't have much time but I'll crop it to something less sophomoric so someone with the time can expand it. Jojalozzo 15:42, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Coming here twice to say you don't have time to do it suggests you do infact, have time to do it. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 16:16, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Shooting the shit with you here is quick and easy. Doing a good job of summarizing a great film is no easy or quick task. Nonetheless, I encourage you to have at it. Cheers. Jojalozzo 17:28, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Your updated plot is fantastic. Well done. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 17:46, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Another view: Anybody who thinks that guy is actually divorced didn't watch very closely! In the scene where she shoots him with the paintball gun, he is obviously living with his wife (the woman in bandages) and two young daughters. He had said the girls were in their twenties. That was a lie! Likely everything else he said was also a lie. Consider his come-on at the beginning of their relationship: is she hot? No! She looks like Tootsie in those glasses. So why is he so swept away with her so quickly? I think he was looking for a vulnerable woman and her whole attitude made clear that he found one in Gloria.
